Cake

Cake is very important. Along with Gin.

Mabel's top homemade cake is Banana Bread.

Mabel would also like it to be known that, in her capacity as Catering Arm for the Morris Fed. workshop, she provided workshop-goers with:

• Date and cherry krispie cake
• Vanilla and lemon sponge
• Cherry and almond cake
• Banana bread with raisins
• Flapjack
• Chocolate cake
• Banana bread with walnuts and cherries
• Ginger biscuits
• Chocolate and coffee cake

... and it was all home made. Mabel was very proud of her cake-table.
